The room was very nice and comfortable. I loved the spacious layout and the decent bathroom. It felt homey. Having tea-making facilities was a nice touch. The bed was comfy, but the décor was a bit dated. it got a tad warm at night, and the window was hard to open.

Request a power shower upon check-in for the best bathing experience. The extra water pressure is worth it.

We had a blast on our group trip! The mountains were stunning, and we loved visiting Cyfarthfa Park & Castle and catching a show at Theatre Soar. The staff were super friendly, and the food was a highlight, particularly the delicious breakfast spread. Just a heads up, there's no breakfast included now, so plan ahead for that.
One downside was that our room had some missing toiletries, which was a bit disappointing compared to our previous stay.

A large bathroom with his & hers basins and a lovely warm shower. the competition-sized pool was a hit for relaxation.
the bed was a bit soft, which interrupted our sleep.

Location sits in a residential area, making it feel a bit isolated from hotspots. Rooms, notably the décor, show signs of wear and are somewhat outdated. The noise from creaking floorboards in adjacent rooms can disrupt your rest, especially if you're a light sleeper. If you're in the back, expect an intrusive fan noise from the kitchen starting early in the morning. Breakfast timing is limited and can be a scramble, especially with a finish at 8:30 AM that leaves little room for relaxed mornings. On a couple of occasions, issues with room facilities, such as light malfunctions and uncomfortable beds, made for less-than-ideal experiences.
